CURRENT OPENINGS – PARAMEDICS & EMTs

FULL-TIME and CASUAL PARAMEDIC POSITIONS
St. Croix Emergency Medical Service and the City of Hudson has  openings for full-time and ongoing casual paramedics.

Applicants must be 21 years of age, have a minimum of one-year of experience as a paramedic, be a nationally-registered Paramedic, and have licensure as a Paramedic with the State of Wisconsin. Paramedics who are hired and who do not currently posess critical care certifications, must obtain said certification within one year of hire.

PART-TIME EMT POSITIONS

St. Croix Emergency Medical Service and the City of Hudson have several openings for .6 (24 hrs per week) EMTs and AEMTs. Day and evening shifts are available. The base wage for this position is $12.50 for EMTs and $13.00 for AEMTs (or EMT-I).

Applicants must be 18 years of age, be nationally-registered, and have licensure (or be eligible) as an EMT or AEMT with the State of Wisconsin.

EMT Job Description:

Performs duties of Emergency Medical Technician as outlined by state and local protocols as a designee of the EMS Chief. This person will be required to take at least one designated shift Monday through Friday and be required to take ambulance calls on a rotating basis for weekends. Paramedic Job Description:
